At this year’s ITB, Dr Markus Heller presented the latest global study by Sabre and Dr. Fried & Partner on the ‘New Normal’ in the global travel industry on 8 March 2022 as part of a panel discussion with other industry representatives and Claudia Müller, the German government’s tourism coordinator.
In addition to the presentation of the results, the challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic and the war in Ukraine, as well as important trends in the tourism market, were discussed during the panel.
