Dr. Markus Heller

Managing Partner

I have been a consultant since 1995 and managing partner of Dr Fried & Partner GmbH since 1998. After studying business administration in Vienna and Munich, I completed a doctorate in tourism at the University of St. Gallen.

I support companies in the travel and tourism industry with strategic issues, the design of efficient organisations and the development of sustainable concepts and business models. One focus of my work is on customer centricity and sales strategies.

My clients are international corporations, medium-sized companies and public clients. I am also active as a moderator and initiator in the industry and as an investor myself.

Stephan Haller

Managing Partner

For over 25 years, I have been a management consultant with a passion for the areas of travel, events and mobility as well as sales and service. In 2003, I joined Dr Fried & Partner as a managing partner. The focus of my consultancy work is on supporting companies in their customer-centred orientation.

My current project work focuses on the development and implementation of innovative after sales / technical support concepts – this includes topics such as digital transformation, the development of new business models, the optimisation of processes and organisations and increasing sustainability in customer service.
