Dr. Fried & Partner at the KVD Service Congress 2023 

The German Customer Service Association (KVD) hosted the Service Congress at the Grand Hall Zeche in Essen on November 8 and 9, 2023. 

The motto of this year’s event was “Managing tight resources – new thinking for successful service”. There were inspiring keynotes and 22 practical and relevant specialist presentations on this and many other service topics. In addition, participants were able to interactively consolidate, expand and exchange their knowledge and expertise in workshops. 

In addition to these events, more than 40 exhibitors presented their latest innovations and technologies at the accompanying trade fair. In between and especially in the evening, there was plenty of time for networking in the unique atmosphere of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Zeche und Kokerei Zollverein

Dr. Fried & Partner was able to make new contacts and strengthen existing business relationships through the KVD Service Congress. Through events such as the Service Congress, we at Dr. Fried & Partner stay up-to-date on current trends, opportunities and challenges in customer service. We actively exchange ideas with representatives from various sectors and companies on how we can use and tackle these. We also find out about the latest developments from system solution providers. In this way, as an independent management consultancy, we can continue to provide our customers with optimal and up-to-date support in the selection and implementation of systems and tools in their service.
