Since 2005, we have been calculating the “Touristischer Vertriebsklima-Index” monthly, which is based on the ifo-Business Climate Index. This index acts as an early indicator of economic development and offers a comprehensive insight into the past, current and future market situation as well as the mood in travel sales. We use an online survey to analyse the area of holiday travel, both in stationary and online sales.
